At the beginning of 2026, IM Motors officially launched its models IM5 and IM6 in the United Arab Emirates and Tunisia. Both models are equipped with the IM driver assistance system, jointly developed by IM Motors and Momenta.
The launch in the Middle East and North Africa marks a further step in the overseas expansion of the two companies and reflects continued progress in their international collaboration. Powered by Momenta’s End-to-End Flywheel Big Model, the IM driver assistance system supports deployment across different countries and regions and is now in everyday use under a wide range of road and traffic conditions, providing stable and reliable driver assistance for local users.
Through continuous learning from local driving environments in the United Arab Emirates and Tunisia, the IM driver assistance system adapts to local road conditions and operates reliably across a broad set of complex scenarios. This includes parking, where the system supports more than 30 parking scenarios, such as narrow streets and underground garages. It adapts to different parking marking standards and supports over 300 parking space types, enabling efficient and consistent parking performance in everyday use.
To date, the collaboration between Momenta and IM Motors spans five continents, covering markets including Thailand, Mexico, China (including Hongkong), the United Kingdom, Australia, Nepal, Egypt, Singapore, Norway, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, and Tunisia. Across these markets, the system operates under diverse road and traffic conditions, reflecting the partners’ experience in deploying driver assistance technology internationally.
Looking ahead, Momenta will continue working closely with IM Motors and other global partners to support the adoption of driver assistance systems in additional markets, with a focus on safe and reliable operation in everyday driving.
